AMI-TUF® (TGL) Cloth

AMI-TUF TGL is a PTFE coated fibreglass cloth, which offers improved chemical oil and abrasion resistance to uncoated fabrics. The PTFE coating can withstand continuous temperature to 288°C with the base fibreglass able to reach 538°C. TGL Teflon coated fibreglass has been specifically designed as an exterior insulation outer cover for removable insulation pads and expansion joints. The formulated PTFE compound, provides chemical and abrasion resistance over silicone coated fabrics whilst still offering water and oil protection.
