AMI-SIL® (AR) Cloth

AMI-SIL® AR has an abrasion resistant orange coating added to the amorphous silica for durability and high temperature protection. The AR coating also offers flexibility for ease of cutting and sewing in fabrication of removable insulation pads and blankets. The ultimate in high temperature protection with a melting point in excess of 1650°C making it ideal for shipbuilding, power generation, petroleum and steel making industries.
